Your Part-Time Safety Director
You are not hiring a full-time safety employee, and you are not buying a one-time binder that goes stale. On a monthly retainer, Paul owns the ongoing safety work with you: keeping your written program current, project-specific Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), on-site toolbox talks and training, and jobsite inspections, depending on the plans you choose.
Included in Foundation
Unlimited custom AHAs
When a job needs an AHA, you send project details and KP2 builds personalized OSHA 1926 and/or EM 385 AHAs for that work. While Foundation is active, you are not charged the normal per-title shop price. “Unlimited” means for your company’s active projects, not for resale to other contractors.
Program upkeep
Paul keeps your existing written safety program current. If you do not have a written program yet, or yours needs an overhaul, add the one-time Program Build ($3,500).

You work with Paul Shoemaker directly. Call or email during normal business hours with program and AHA questions.
What “Bid / Prequal Safety Help” Means
This is not KP2 writing your construction bid price or estimating the job.
Many general contractors and owners require prequalification before (or while) you bid: they want proof you have a real safety program before they let you on site. That often means questionnaires, your written program, training information, sample hazard-analysis approach, and uploads into contractor portals.
Where KP2 fits: a current written safety program is the core of that safety paperwork package. The Program Build gets it written, and Foundation keeps it current, so it is ready when a GC or owner asks for it.

Foundation
Best for: Companies with a written program that want it kept current, plus custom AHAs, without site visits.

Program Build
Paul writes or overhauls your company’s written safety program. Add it to any plan. If you already have a written program, skip it.
Add-ons and Details
- Single or extra jobsite inspection: $425.
- Incident investigations and extra time: $125 per hour.
- Each inspection is up to about 3 hours on site.
- Drive time up to 45 minutes each way is included. Mileage is billed at the IRS rate.
- Month to month. Cancel with 30 days notice.
How a Jobsite Inspection Works
- You tell KP2 which site or shop needs attention that month.
- Paul schedules the inspection with you. Field tier clients get priority scheduling.
- On site, he inspects conditions and work practices and records findings.
- You get clear findings and coaching, not a vague “looked fine” message.
- Open items roll into your monthly written summary so they get closed.
