WHEN DOES UNLIMITED MAKE SENSE?

A large commercial construction project can require approximately 28 separate AHAs. At $39 each, that is $1,092 for one project. Two similar projects are about $2,184, so $1,995/year is the no-brainer.

Actual AHA requirements vary by scope, definable features of work, contract requirements, and reviewing authority.

Unlimited applies to standard KP2 library AHAs for one subscribing company. Custom development, substantial owner or GC revisions, consulting, site

visits, training, and expedited work are separately scoped unless included in a written Fractional Safety Services agreement.
