WHEN DOES UNLIMITED MAKE SENSE?

A large commercial construction project can require approximately 28 separate AHAs. At the 25+ rate of $31.96 each, that is $894.88 for one project. Three similar projects ordered separately come to about $2,685, so if you run three or more of those jobs a year, $1,995/year is the no-brainer.

Actual AHA requirements vary by scope, definable features of work, contract requirements, and reviewing authority.

Unlimited applies to standard KP2 library AHAs for one subscribing company. Custom development, substantial owner or GC revisions, consulting, site

visits, training, and expedited work are separately scoped unless included in a written Fractional Safety Services agreement.
